Shipping & Delivery

Orders may be placed online on website, by phone and picked up at any of our Warehouse. Details are given below:

Shipping
VividWays Venditare orders are shipped within 5-7 working days or as per the delivery date agreed at the time of order confirmation and delivering of the shipment subject to the courier company / post office norms. VividWays Venditare is not liable for any delay in delivery by the courier company / postal authorities and only guarantees to hand over the consignment to the courier company or postal authorities within 5-7 working days from the date of dispatch or as per the delivery date agreed at the time of order confirmation. Delivery of all orders will be only to the registered address of the buyer as per the credit/debit card (Unless specified at the time of Order). VividWays Venditare is in no way responsible for any damage to the order while in transit to the buyer.

Picking Up Orders
Pickup orders can be placed at any of the Warehouse. Payment options for Orders can be Cash, Demand Draft, Credit Card and Debit Card.

Pickup hours for all Warehouse are:
• Monday to Saturday 10:00 a.m. - 06:00 p.m.
• Sunday (Closed)

Home Delivery
Home Delivery orders can be placed on website, VividWays Venditare App or by phone or at Warehouse only.

Payment Options:
Payment mode options for these orders can be:
• Orders placed at Office: Cash, Demand Draft, Debit Card or Credit Card.
• Orders placed at Customer Care by phone: Credit Card
• Orders placed at Website: Credit Card, Debit Card, Net Banking, NEFT/RTGS, Paytm, Google Pay.
• Orders placed at VividWays Venditare App: Credit Card, Debit Card, Net Banking, NEFT/RTGS,Paytm, Google Pay.

Home Delivery Schedule:
Standard Delivery orders will be delivered within
• Local: 2 business days after the invoice date.
• Outside Delivery Area (Remote Locations): 5-7 Working days after the invoice date.

Home Delivery Orders Delivery fees:
Delivery fees depends on Order Value
• Local
• Less than Rs. 4000: Rs 200/- inclusive of GST
• Above Rs. 4000: Nil
